It may sound a bit dramatic, but it's time to think about sending out your newsletter. Does the following scenario sound familiar to you?
It's the end of the month already, and it's been a month since we sent out a newsletter. So, we quickly copy the newsletter from the previous month and then scratch our heads, wondering, "What interesting things have we experienced this past month?" We hurriedly create an article about that one customer you've been working with, the product you haven't highlighted yet, and then hastily search Google for some images related to the topic. And then, we send it out quickly, and we're done for another month!
Apart from larger companies with a mature marketing department that includes content managers, a marketing plan, a media agency, and a significant budget, this is still a common practice in many businesses. Our advice is to STOP DOING THIS!
